Delivery Time

The standard time-frame for getting a product delivered is 7-14 working days. To ensure that your order reaches you at the committed time, we request you to provide us with the following details:

• Complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.

• Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.

• Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries. It is always suggested to provide an alternative number to reach you while delivering orders.

Please do not accept the package if it appears to have been tampered with. If a product is damaged, inform our customer service immediately at info@kayakalpherbals.com or reach as at +91-141- 2240385 (9 AM – 6 PM, Mon – Sat)

Order shipment:

• Standard orders placed by 2 PM IST will be shipped out of our warehouse by the next business day.

• Priority shipping orders placed by 4 PM IST, Monday-Friday, will be shipped out of our warehouse the same day.

Shipping & Payment Charges:

Your credit card will be charged as soon as you place an order, and not after the product has been shipped.

You can check your order delivery status by logging in to your account.
